Hello!

My name is Michael and I grew up in Lake Chelan, Washington. After graduating from high school, I attended Washington State University to major in Japanese! However, things didn’t pan out as planned in the end, as life often does, and my final year of university was also the height of covid. With the job market in shambles, and Japan shut down to foreign visitors, I decided to enlist in the United States Air Force. After four years, I honorably discharged and made my way to Japan!
